Synthencia is a place for looking backward with curiosity and looking outward with care—using technology to rediscover culture, find worthwhile ideas, and bring thoughtful people together.
Why this exists
The internet gives us more to watch, read, and hear than ever before, yet the things worth remembering can still disappear into the noise. Synthencia was created by Doc Woodworth to slow that process down.
It brings together two complementary projects: one devoted to the cultural past, and another devoted to understanding the present. Artificial intelligence helps with research, organization, and discovery, while human judgment decides what deserves attention and why.
